All items are individually inspected prior to posting for any physical signs of damage and receive a final quality & content assessment check before we despatch them to you.
Should an item arrive in a faulty condition, please let us know & we will arrange with you to return the faulty item for a replacement or refund. If the product is tested and confirmed faulty, we will then return the postage amount to you and issue a replacement or refund. We will need a detailed description of the problem before authorising a replacement, We will not refund or replace items that appear to have been damaged through postage, during installation or misuse.
We will offer you a full refund if the item is un-used and is in the original, undamaged packaging. We offer this service within 14 days of the delivery date and you will be responsible for the return postage.
